Staffing Solution

Our staff are our strongest assets and the core of our service. We are committed to investing in our staff learning and development to ensure that they are confident in carryout high quality service to our young people. Our staff will receive comprehensive training in number of areas including Child Protection, Safeguarding Young People, Mental Health and Wellbeing in Children and Young People, dealing with Difficult and Challenging Behaviour Substance and Alcohol Misuse training. We also provide our staff with structured management supervision sessions to identify their training needs and to ensure that they are working to high standards of delivery. All staff are DBS Checked.
